1   The Experience
 

1.1   Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21.
 

1.2   We offer a professional service and reserve the right to deny or cut short the Experience if any of our staff feel that a client’s behaviour, presentation or hygiene may compromise the Experience for other clients.
 

1.3   We do not offer childcare facilities and you are kindly requested to ensure that there is a responsible adult with you to supervise any children during the experience. We recommend that you do not bring children with you unless you have booked a Family Experience.
 

1.4   Please allow between 4 to 5 hours for the experience.



2   Booking the Experience
 

2.1   Each Experience is subject to a Refundable Booking Deposit (up to £99.00), taken at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment date and time. Booking Deposits vary according to Experience type, date and availability.
 

2.2   Booking Deposits can be used as part payment towards any products purchased at your viewing session. Booking Deposits will be refunded approximately 30 days after your appointment date if you do not make a purchase at your viewing session.
 

2.3   If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment cannot be guaranteed. In such cases we may provide either a shortened makeup session or cancel the appointment altogether. In the event of your appointment being cancelled by us, there is a charge of £99.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.


2.4   You will receive confirmation of your booking by email.


3   No Shows
 

3.1   No Shows are subject to a £99.00 charge (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.


3.2   Bookings Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment.

 

4   Amending Appointments
 

4.1   Appointments can only be changed by calling the Diary Management Team on 020 3897 4620.
 

4.2   Appointment changes may be subject to additional Refundable Booking Deposit charges. These charges vary according to date and availability.
 

4.3   You are required to provide at least 7 days’ notice if you wish to change your appointment date.
 

4.4   If you do not provide us with at least 7 days’ notice to change your appointment date, there is a charge of £99.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

 

5   Cancelling Appointments
 

5.1   Appointments can only be cancelled by calling the Diary Management Team on 020 3897 4620.
 

5.2   Booking Deposits are not refundable if your appointment is cancelled more than 14 days after booking an appointment.
 

5.3   You are required to provide at least 7 days’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.
 

5.4   If you do not provide us with at least 7 days’ notice to cancel your appointment, there is a charge of £99.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.
 

5.5   Cancellations after 14 days of booking an appointment, but with more than 7 days’ notice prior to the appointment date are subject to a £25.00 cancellation charge.

 

6   Viewing Session & Orders


6.1   You are under no obligation to purchase prints, images or any products from your Experience. We operate a ‘No Pressure’ sales policy.
 

6.2   Complimentary images or prints included in any Experience do not include retouched or creative images.  If you have booked a promotional experience through our call centre, any complimentary image / images inlcluded in your Experience are six by four inch (6" x 4") prints and do not include any digital images.
 

6.3   Booking Deposits are non-refundable if you do not complete the viewing session on the day of your appointment.
 

6.4   If you do not complete the viewing session on the day of your appointment, there is a charge of £99.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.
 

6.5   All orders (including orders that consist only of complimentary prints) are subject to a minimum £10.00 admin charge. 
 

6.6   Any discounts or special offers provided on the day of your appointment will not apply to any subsequent orders that you may place.
 

6.7   Copyright for all images remains with Broadway Studios and images must not be reproduced in any form without permission from the company. However, if you purchase any images in digital format, you will be provided with a Copyright Certificate granting permission to reproduce images as you wish.
 

6.8   Digital image orders will be despatched within 28 days of the appointment.  Print orders will be despatched within 56 days of the appointment.


6.9   Any order placed in your viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled.

 

7   General
 

7.1   By booking an appointment with us, you are subject to these full Terms and Conditions.


7.2   If your Experience was purchased from a third party company separate Terms and Conditions may apply.

 

7.3   Our full name is London Makeover Studios Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 8430567, whose registered address is Olympic House, 196 The Broadway, London, SW19 1RY. All queries, complaints or suggestions should be marked for the attention of “The Director” and sent to that address.
